Valence Intelligence’s Marketplace Intelligence platform is a claims management software, provides users with comprehensive data and insights that allow for operational efficiency and increased profit.

• 24/7 market monitoring allow for constant updates to make sure business owners are always making the right decisions 
• Audit & Recovery and the Fee Analyzer allow users to identify discrepancies and get the money they are owed 
• Geographic heat maps allow users to filter down to the zip code to easily identify sales distribution
• Analysis of operational errors with precision
• Provide essential analysis to deliver maximised savings and reimbursements to customers

Candidate Skill Requirements

• Minimum 2~3 years of relevant production support experience
• Bachelor’s Degree/B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting
• A proven track record for hitting deadlines and working well under pressure.
• Self-driven work ethics
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS and responsive web design
• Experience with NodeJS
• Experience with React.js workflows and modern frontend frameworks (e.g. Polymer, Redux, React, or other component-based frameworks)

• Hands on experience with AWS Compute Service: EC2, AMI, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, S3
• Hands on experience with AWS Security Service: IAM, AWS Config, Cloud Trail
• Hands on experience with AWS Network Service: VPC, Subnets, Router, Transit Gateway, VPN, VPC Endpoint
• Hands on experience with AWS observability Service: Cloud Watch Alarms, Cloud Watch Logs, Cloud Trail, VPC Flow Logs, ECS/EKS Enhance Monitoring
• Good understanding of scalable architecture concepts Good understanding of server less and cloud native architecture
• Good knowledge of production deployment strategies

Role Description: The role will help support the onshore team in continued rapid expansion of the business. Primary role would be of production support engineer working on troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring the product works as intended.

•  Good proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and responsive web design
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
•  Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
•  Ability to translate design mockups into responsive, extensible, and reusable user interfaces by using best practices.
•  Knowledge of RESTFUL APIs and asynchronous programming

• Experience with code versioning and CI/CD tools (at least Git and Github Actions)
• Understanding of AWS, S3, API Gateway, RDS, Lambda.
